ABOUT INNPRO
The INNPRO company was founded in 2013 under the name RCpro, its activity began with the distribution of RC models and recreational drones. Our modern business philosophy, flexibility in a rapidly changing world, as well as our commitment and motivation, helped us stand out in the distribution market. mm
An important moment in the company's development was the introduction of the DJI brand with their first drone model, DJI Phantom 1. Currently, after 11 years of cooperation, INNPRO is the exclusive distributor of the DJI brand in Poland.
Currently, INNPRO has over 400 employees (in several locations in Poland), over 2000 business partners (in Poland and other EU countries), 200 brands on offer and a warehouse with an area of approx. 11,000 m2.

We define ourselves as a VAD – Value Added Distibutor of a new generation. In addition to the standard added value in distribution and comprehensive brand service, we place great emphasis on partnership and long-term results.
Our main goals are to create strong and leading brands in their category and to achieve the position of a key distribution partner, while maintaining an attractive offer that allows our business partners to grow.
The current product range includes over 10,000 indexes and is constantly being expanded with new brands and product categories.
Our offer includes not only well-known and appreciated brands, but also those that are just making their debut on our market. They all have one thing in common: the desire to be among the best in their field.

Our main area of operation is Poland, where our headquarters and logistics center are located. Since the last quarter of 2021, we have expanded our operations to Hungary, and in the following years we entered the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Greece.
Our goal for the coming year is to open foreign branches in other countries in Central and Eastern Europe.

We strive to make the recruitment process transparent. We analyze each application and if your competencies meet the requirements of the position you are applying for – we call to arrange an interview.
The purpose of the recruitment meeting is to get to know you and your experience. The interview is usually conducted by two people from the department to which you are applying – they will tell you about the daily life of the company and our typical tasks. We have time to answer all your questions.
During the interview, we sometimes check the competencies important for the position, which may involve a short assignment or an interview in English. After each interview, we contact you, informing you of the outcome of the recruitment.
